Who is responsible for maintenance and repairs?

Day-to-day upkeep, guest call-outs, and general wear and tear are all handled and funded by us. For major structural issues (e.g., roofing, boilers, plumbing systems), responsibility remains with the landlord, as is standard in all tenancy arrangements. We keep you fully informed and arrange trusted contractors where needed.
